FAZRUL ISMAIL - is a consultant, coach and trainer. He has advised and worked with organizations and individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and professions in Malaysia. Currently he is in Los Angeles, doing personal research while his wife is attending University of Southern California. His interest is in Systems Thinking. Several modules has been developed to help people managing life much more holistic and systemic. One of the famous module is Master PIES (physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual capacity).

He graduated from Purdue University with a Degree Certificate in Chemical Engineering. He also completed an intensive Arabic Language course from Alim International Arabic Learning Center in Kaherah, Mesir. He was the head boy at Sekolah Tuanku Abdul Rahman, Ipoh.

He published two books under PTS Publications and Distributors on a topic called Systemic Thinking and “Hidup Zero Alasan”. He is actively writing and designing websites to spread messages in Islam through educational and exercise means. His main website are System Thinking Gallery and MasterPIES.
